Founded
Monolithia Pvt. Ltd. incorporated in Kochi, Kerala. Prabhashankar Kannapan starts with a single thesis: mid-market operators keep overpaying for software that does not fit how they actually work. Custom software built around the workflow, in weeks not quarters, should be the default.

First cohort engagements
Early delivery work with operators in logistics, F&B, and matrimony services. All engagements shipped, none fabricated into case study marketing. Patterns from these projects shape the Pilot Build scope language used today.

Partner network and GCC reach
WebXLR8 and Navadarsi enter as working partnerships — delivery depth without an agency stack. First GCC engagements through the partnership network expose the appetite for Arabic-first and RTL-capable ops software.

30-Day Pilot Build formalized
The product of the previous three years of engagements: a bounded, fixed-price, dual-guarantee offer. Three workflow modules in 30 days. Two pilots in delivery at a time. Fit call first, honest no if needed.

BuildX and BuildX Assurance launch
BuildX launches: the full custom operational software build, delivered in 30-day milestone cycles with a four-part guarantee stack (On-Time, Acceptance, Walk-Away, No-Deprioritisation). Indicative band USD 20,000 to 80,000, scoped per build. BuildX Assurance launches alongside it as the monthly maintenance subscription that keeps delivered platforms healthy. The 30-Day Pilot Build continues as the low-risk way for SMB operators to begin.
